お風呂場の床が畳で快適。 離乳食を常備してあり、小さなお子さんたちもお風呂場にも赤ちゃん用の椅子が置いてあり、孫たちを連れて行きたいと思いました。 自販機が売り切れでお水が買えず、ホテルの方の配慮でピッチャーをお借りできたので、お水はお部屋に持っていけました。 ありがたかったです。 コンビニも坂を下って行くにはきつい。

ホテルは坂を登った丘の上にあります。部屋から下呂の街並みが見渡せます。夜景がとても綺麗でした！！到着して直ぐにコンビニに行きたいと！！せっかく送迎バスを予約して下呂駅から来たのに…フロントの方に丁寧に教えてもらい、またバスで来た道を歩いて下り温泉街にあるコンビニに！！温泉街からは離れているので動きたい場合は少々不便を感じるかも。 料理は美味しくて種類も豊富で良かったです。海鮮好きな息子なのでお刺身お寿司が沢山食べられて朝食も海鮮のっけ丼を食べて大満足でした！！ラウンジのフリードリンクも嬉しいです。息子と二人ゆっくり過ごすことができました。

非常舒服的渡假溫泉旅館！ 出了車站，向右轉到底，飯店車子就停在那裡！ 餐廳的餐點非常美味選擇性多。 房間還可以選擇自己想要穿的浴袍。 泡完溫泉還可以吃冰棒、晚餐後也有啤酒跟梅酒可享用。 房間外面也有泡澡桶。 如果看得懂日文，他們櫃檯旁還有好多好多漫畫可以看。

家族で利用させていただきました。 口コミでは部屋は狭く、景色も悪いとのことでしたが、窓からの景色は下呂市の夜景を一望できる部屋だったので開放感もあり良かったです。 カラオケ、卓球、ゲームセンター、漫画コーナーもあり、息子達は楽しんでました。 夕食と朝食のバイキングはどれも美味しくて口コミ通りでした。 大浴場は一面に畳が敷いてあり温泉もお肌がスベスベになり、サウナもついていて良かったと思います。また利用したいなと思いました。

スタッフは良いが、少し残念

スタッフの挨拶が良かった。食事の食器を下げる時は「ご協力ありがとうございます」帰る時に会ったハウスキーパーは「お気をつけて行ってらっしゃい」と、キチンと挨拶してくれたので気持ち良かった。 ただ、良い事だけではなかった。風呂場のシャンプーが空っぽのボトルがあったし、脱衣所の化粧水もボトルが空だった。夕方入った時には既に空で朝入った時も空っぽだったので、定期的に補充されていないと感じた。これは良く無いと思います。 また、客室の掛け布団カバーが寝ている間に外れてしまい、気持ち良くなかった。これも改善すべき点だと思った。
