Gîte "Manoir" with garden by the river, near Clisson

In the heart of the Nantes wine region, near Clisson, Le Village de Gîtes du Moulin Neuf offers 11 self-catering holiday rentals available year-round. Situated along the banks of the Sèvre Nantaise, the cottages enjoy an exceptional natural setting in a former weavers’ village featuring a fulling mill, just 30 minutes from Nantes and 45 minutes from Puy du Fou.

A haven of nature and authenticity where life is good...

Located on the riverbank across from the old fulling mill, the “Manoir” cottage can accommodate 8 to 10 people.
The ground floor consists of:
- a fully equipped kitchen (including dishes, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, dishwasher),
- a combined living and dining room with a dining area and a pull-out sofa (sleeps 2),
- a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and sink.

Upstairs:
- two bedrooms with 2 single beds each, and one bedroom with 4 beds, including 2 bunk beds. Storage and a sink in each bedroom.
- a bathroom with a toilet and shower.

Other amenities:
Flat-screen TV.
Free Wi-Fi.
Washing machine.

You may request a cleaning package (no later than 7 days before arrival) for €65.

Outside, a terrace and a garden with a barbecue area and outdoor furniture (wooden rustic tables) are available.
Swimming in the river is prohibited by a municipal ordinance.

Free private parking at the entrance to the cottage village (unattended).

From the car park, access to the cottage and the river is via a small footpath (no vehicle access).

In the summer, bicycles can be rented on site for a voluntary donation.
