Customer service was poor- the attendant at the front desk took a personal call AND took a call from their boss while checking us in and was yelling at both people because they “didn’t feel good”.
Cleanliness was okay- clean towels and blankets, but the shower walls had dirt grime on them and there was small black facial or pubic hair in the tub. There were facial hair trimmings around the sink. Thankfully we didn’t need to use the air conditioner, but it appeared to have visible black mildew in it.
Beds were comfortable, room only had about 3 available outlets, water pressure was poor, and the door locks were very hard to unlock with the key (not card… good ol’ key).
Good location though, in the heart of Gettysburg.
Will likely not be staying here again.
