Room was gross, horrible smell throughout the facility and outside as the dumpster was very ripe. Bathroom floor was broke up , stains on pillows and sheets and the staff didnt speak to us in within our 2 night stay , all for an outrageous price of over $300. Never agin.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was fantastic- very helpful. The only thing we didn't like was the stains on the sofa. Overall a nice inexpensive place to stay.

I did not ask for a handicap room but that is what I got. Shower was awkward.The ceiling in the bathroom was damaged. Checked in and the person at the desk gave me zero information about the amenities. Breakfast was sparse- coffee was dreadful. Checking out- nobody asked about our stay. Since this was the first time we've visited Gettysburg, we knew nothing about the area. We've had good luck staying in Sleep Inn's before, so we tried this one. Everything about the place outside of our room was fine - close to shopping, relatively close to the visitor's center of the Battlefield Museum and a variety of places to eat. Our only "complaint" is that we stayed in a non-smoking room (maybe all of them are??). When we walked into the room the first time, the door to the bathroom was closed. When my wife opened it, the smell of smoke was VERY noticeable!! In this unit, when you turned the light on for the bathroom, the ceiling ventilating fan automatically came on. We left the light on with the ventilating fan running for over an hour. This helped, but even after our 3rd day in this unit, you could still smell the odor of smoke - not as strong as it was the first day.
