A beautiful modern property in Ghent. Easy to walk to most of the sites. Quiet at night. Nice large room with comfortable bed and pillows. We enjoyed the breakfast easy morning. Beautiful lobby that smells wonderful and had little candies and fresh Lemon water. We took a Bolt (uber) from the train station to the hotel.

Great Hotel, Great Location

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Easy to get to with convenient on site parking for a fee. Great location with easy walking to restaurants and shopping. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Great in room coffee service. I would stay there again.

Great hotel - poor communication

Overall nice hotel. Rooms are very good. The only downside was that their messaging via the Hotels.com website was poor. I messaged them prior to our stay with a request that was not acknowledged. They contacted me via Hotels.com with an unrelated message, which I responded to immediately. But again there was no response.
