The holiday apartment is located just a few steps from a refreshing dip at the beach that can be enjoyed for free any time of the day and is complemented by a bar and toilets. It also has a couple of lakeshore restaurants within 15-minutes\' walking distance and supermarkets within a 5-7 minute drive to facilitate a carefree self-catered stay.

In the surrounding area, visitors can soak up diverse and memorable views of the lake whilst hiking, trekking, or visiting the observation decks; the closest hiking area and Monte Morissolo are a 25-minute drive from here, meanwhile, Terrazza Panorama is a 10-minutes drive away. The famous and UNESCO-protected heritage site of Sacro Monte is also just 10 minutes from here.
