In over 200 stays at hotels.com hotels, in 60 years of international travel, this was by far the worst experience of my life. They claimed no relationship with hotels.com, said it was a scam, said I had not paid. I showed them all the documentation. They knocked on my door from 18:00 to 20:30 and started again at 07:30.
