The apartment of 40 sqm on the ground floor, has a separate entrance, has been completely renovated while maintaining the original historical appearance, ceilings with original oak beams and exposed stone walls.
2 + 2 beds. Neat furniture in arte povera style. Liveable and equipped kitchen.
