Convenient Condo stay

We had a wonderful stay with another couple. Most days we walked to the nearby bakery to start our day with espresso and pastries on the balcony overlooking the Naxos shoreline. The beaches and restaurants are a pleasant 10 min. walk from the condominium development which provides secure access and parking. Patrizia, our hostess, met us when we arrived and got us oriented with helpful information. Her communication was excellent. The two bathrooms were ideal for a two couple stay.

Good apartment in historical neighborhood

The apartment is nice, but there is no elevator in the building. Also, the street is narrow, so only very small car can drive close to the entrance. The owner was easy to communicate.

Perfect location

It is a lovely and quiet apartment, 5 minutes from the sea. Patrizia was very helpful all the time. The apartment is in perfect conditions and has a very useful internal car park I could easily come back or recommend it to my friends

Sehr grosse Terrasse hervorragendem Ausblick auf Meer und Stadt. Sehr gute Lage. Strände und Restaurants sind sehr schnell zu Fuss zu erreichen. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Ätna und Taormina liegen in der direkten Umgebung.

Vista molto bella

Patrizia è molto premurosa, è ci ha contattato addirittura alcuni giorni prima di arrivare. È venuta a prenderci perfino all’uscita dell’autostrada. L’appartamento fa parte di un centro residenziale. Penso che molti appartamenti siano per uso vacanze. Il parcheggio all’interno lo si trova più o meno facilmente..dipende i giorni, ma c’è sempre. L’appartamento è molto bello e ben curato. Il suo punto di forza è la terrazza privata con vista sugli yacht che si fermano nel golfo. Da fotografia. La macchina la si può lasciare tranquillamente all’interno del complesso è si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi il mare (10 /15) minuti tranquillamente. Il lungo mare è riempito da un susseguirsi di ristoranti, ma vi consiglio il ristorante vicino alla pescheria sotto casa. Patrizia vi consiglierà. Il punto positivo è che questo appartamento si trova in una posizione elevata e strategica: calmo, vista mare, puoi lasciare la macchina tranquillamente e se vuoi partire a visitare luoghi l’autostrada si trova a 5 minuti. Il punto negativo ( alla quale Patrizia non ne può niente) e che il mare ai Giardini di Naxos non è bello. Anche la spiaggia non è granché. Sicuramente alla sera le passeggiate e la facilità nel quale si trovano ristoranti sono estremamente positive, ma il mare… Patrizia ci ha salutato con dei pasticcini alla pasta di mandorle che sono una delizia. Nel complesso sono molto soddisfatto della posizione e dell’accoglienza di Patrizia. Grazie.

Soggiorno sempre piacevole

Siamo tornati per il secondo anno consecutivo nella bella casa di Patrizia, trovando la consueta cortesia e ospitalità. È sempre un piacere soggiornare in questa location, la casa è dotata di ogni comfort ed è veramente a pochi passi dal mare. Inoltre, essendo in un complesso residenziale, dispone di un comodissimo parcheggio privato con cancello, che per Giardini è una rarità ed un grande "plus". Grazie ancora a Patrizia e arrivederci a presto!!

Tutto perfetto, appartamento con tutti i servizi, aria condizionata, wi-fi, molto bello, pulito e con una bellissima terrazza con vista mare e su Taormina. Posizione comoda per le spiagge di Giardini Naxos e per la sera. Comodo per visitare Taormina e dintorni. Proprietaria gentile e affidabile.

perfect location!

We, a family with 3 younger boys, spent 2 weeks in Sicily with a base in Giardini Naxos in june. Garden Naxos Penthouse proved to be the perfect location for us both chilling at the terrace (with a great wiew) and to do small roadtrips up around Etna and along the coast. We love the apartment because it´s located in a quiet area overlooking the roofs and sea, but still close to the beach on a 5 minute walk for a morning swim and back and buying fresh baked bread just over the street. Or pizza or other good bakery needs in the afternoon, Appreciated the parking inside the area. Patrizia made sure we felt both welcome and were helpful for all questions and guidance needed. We will certainly return and would recommend Naxos Penthouse to all good friends. Thank you for great 2 weeks! Fredrik, Lili and the boys.

Bellissima vacanza!

Ho soggiornato in questo bellissimo appartamento con la mia famiglia, accolti dall'ottima ospitalità di Patrizia, veramente gentile e disponibile. La casa gode di una stupenda vista sulla baia di Giardini, dispone di tutti i comfort ed è a pochi passi dal mare all'interno di un residence privato, in posizione tranquilla e rilassante. Wunderbar!! Ein großes, gemütliches und sauberes Apartment mit tollem Meerblick und Terrasse. Der Sandstrand ist in 2 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hat ein eigenes Territorium, wo man problemlos und sicher ein Auto parken kann. Die Gastgeberin Patrizia ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Immer wieder!!!!

Ottimo appartamento e ottima posizione!

Abbiamo alloggiato per una settimana presso questo appartamento. La proprietaria di casa è una persona gentile e ospitale. L'appartamento è grande, pulito e ben attrezzato e la posizione molto vantaggiosa, ti permette di andare nella spiaggia principale di Naxos senza dover utilizzare la macchina. Tra l'altro l'appartamento è dotato di un parcheggio interno ed ha una bellissima vista in terrazza! In conclusione, consiglio a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Naxos, questo appartamento!
