The staff were super friendly, and they accomodated me for an eariler check in for a wedding i was attending. Those were the only positives. Upon opening the door to my room, there was a super strong smell of chemicals crossed with a pine sol smell. There was something in the kitchen duct taped up, i assume it was an old dishwasher. The stove botton was broken, the bathroom smelled musky and moldy so i kept the windows and from door open to air out the whole place. Once the chemical smell dissapated a bit, i could smell dog urine in the room. It was pretty bad, and i understood why they sprayed the room everywhere, to mask it. When i went to bed, i smelled really bad body odour, i was smelling the sheets and matress... it was the pillow. Luckily there were other pillows, i brought that one the the front desk and told them they should not put that in another room it was so terrible. Understandably, im sure housekeeping doesnt smell the pillows but just replace sheets, so they wouldnt know. A brick on the fireplace randomly fell off, there were previous guests dirty towels balled up under the sink. This was a last min booking because most places were sold out... and its definitely one of the worst kept places and unsanitary Ive been in unfortunately. It nice they are pet friendly...but you cant have urine smells nor dirty pillows... The pool area was nice and they have a coffee machine in the main office which was a plus. Other than that... nothing positive.

The flowers around the pool area was beutifull; but could not make up for stained sheets, black mild in the bath surround. And on the shower curtain which had no plastic liner. I was promised an accessible bathroom and got a low toilet, not a safety bar in sight.

Disappointing

Overpriced! Room was huge but needs updating really bad, kitchenette was too small & in disrepair, unusable back patios, office closed until 8:00am so coffee bar was inaccessible early, upside the staff was very helpful, good location, it was quiet & the courtyard was very pretty.

Very friendly and helpful staff, large open room, easy check in/check out, easy parking. Just wish the pool was heated! Other than that it’s in a convenient location minutes from the ferry terminal and is cost friendly, we enjoyed our stay overall!
