Very clean. No hot water. Burned me on a pet deposit. My pet makes no mess and there is no extra cleaning required. Tried to get me to pay a $100 deposit in cash for incidentals. I asked what incidentals and he could not tell me. Gila Bend reminds me of Gallup NM. Right next to a noisy highway and train tracks. The man next to me covered in gang tattoos. Chain smoking next to my room outside. I stay at less expensive better places that don't charge a pet fee. Refunding the pet fee for no mess would be an improvement. He promised hot water. Nice pool though. Too cold now he says to swim.

The staff was friendly and the room was fairly clean. But the electrical plug in the bathroom did not work, the lighting was very dim, the heater was so loud it woke me up every time it turned on, the blinds were ineffective and broken so the outside light shown in the room like a headlight all night long. This was a 2 or 3 rating, nowhere near the 8+ in the review. I think this speaks more to Expedia's poor reviewing policies that do not verify actual property reviews.

it's a motel that has been adopted by the owners and made just perfect for the price. it's not beautiful but very suitable for an inexpensive stay in a tiny town on the highway. the people who run it are nice and helpful and run a tight ship.

Room was clean enough, and staff were friendly but those are the main positives. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin and we were put beside two groups of people even though the motel seemed at most 1/3 occupied. Check in took a long time, 10+ minutes. The guy was new, but still it seemed quite long. The "breakfast" is cereal donuts, apples, and juice. Bank on going somewhere else for breakfast.
