Perched at the top of Gunstock Acres with breathtaking lake and mountain views, the custom home was built in 2021 and offers luxury living at its finest. The minute you make your way up the driveway, you'll know you've arrived!

The home is situated on 2 acres of land and offers two floors of living space. The upper floor gives you a great room with gourmet kitchen, dining for your whole group and living area with gas fireplace. The high ceiling and wall of glass make for breathtaking views. 4 sliders in this room will lead you to the massive deck where you can relax over a meal while wondering how you got so lucky as to find this gem. Be the envy of all your friends when you post your photos showcasing your vista overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee and the mountains beyond. The primary suite is on this floor as well as another bedroom with en suite. A powder room, TV room with comfy couches for relaxing with a movie after your day of fun and game room complete with pool table and dart board rounds off the upper level. Back down on the main level you will find two more bedrooms with their own baths and a laundry room. As you meander outside, you will gaze upon the heated salt-water pool and hot tub. This is where you will spend countless hours relaxing with a good book or jumping in to cool off on a hot summer’s day. In the evening you’ll relax in the hot tub while watching the sun set across the lake. Later, gather around the fire pit for your requisite s’mores and ghost stories or planning your next day’s adventures. Do you enjoy vacationing with others, yet need your own space? Just call dibs on the pool house which offers a loft (accessed by a ladder and with low head-clearance), sitting area, kitchenette and ¾ bath. The main house has 3300 square feet with the pool house giving you an additional 700 square feet.

This is a year- round get-away! Gunstock Mountain is just a short drive away for a day of skiing or snow tubing during the winter. The property owner has even thought of ski racks and boot warmers for your convenience. In the summer, if you’re feeling adventurous, you can ride the zip-line at Gunstock or enjoy the miles of hiking trails and adventure park. Ellacoya State Park is another short drive away if you’d like to take a swim in the lake on a hot day or have a waterside picnic. You can even pre-reserve your spot at the Ellacoya State Park beach up to 30 days in advance. Please note that Gunstock Acres is a private HOA and use of the Gunstock Acres amenities, including Gunstock Acres beach, docks, waterfront, play areas, basketball and tennis courts and boat launch are NOT available for guest use. If you'd like to get out on Lake Winnipesaukee, there are several local marinas nearby where you can rent a boat and depart directly from the marina!

*PLEASE NOTE*: The pool/hot tub and pool house are only included from June 13, 2026 - September 11, 2026. In the fall/winter/spring season, the property is limited to groups of 10 or less and the pool/hot tub and pool house are not included or available for guest use.

PLEASE NOTE: FROM NOVEMBER FIRST THROUGH MAY, ALL BOOKINGS OVER HOLIDAYS AND SCHOOL VACATION WEEKS MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 7 NIGHTS.

A small dog (20 pounds or less) may be allowed, depending on the size and breed, with a $300 pet fee. Please ask about bringing your dog at the time of booking. Dogs are strictly not allowed in the pool or hot tub.
