Great experiences in Gili

The food, beach, and cleanliness were all excellent. However, the loud noise at night from the street was a bit disappointing. The staff were very kind, and their responsible and proactive response to any issues made me want to use this place again. A special thanks to Annie at the Front desk

Verry beautiful suite Staff verry friendly and dedicated. Well situated : not far from arrival boat port, on the beach but not in the clubs and noisy area wich was perfect. Spa was ok but The quality of the staff ( massages) are not equal. Some verry good , some not good We had an issue with the fridg. They were very fast to arrange for another fridg. Dislikes : alley to go to the suite is in need of repair and maintenance , they do not serve any alcool, water gallon in suite is in the outside portion, so the water is hot

There was no signage and we needed to ask were the villas were and after navigating a not so nice laneway (building going on the street frontage) the villa presented as the photos suggested. The bed was welcoming and very comfortable along with your own private pool. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent place with exceptionally friendly staff

I stayed in Villa Bella 6 nights for a honeymoon. The room was big with a lot of the comforts of a house. I stayed in the cheaper room with no private pool but didn’t feel that since the shore was about 100 feet from my room. I could see the beach from my bed. They had a good menu for breakfast with plenty of food choices and drinks. The staff were extremely friendly and met all my expectations. There was a construction near my room as the villa is trying to expand like many other facilities on the island. The staff warned me about the construction noise that started from 9:00am to 5:00pm and told me they will delay the start if I request it. The construction is in its last phase and it hardly affected my days. Overall, I had a pleasant time in Villa Bella.

big value villa

i love the villa. altho the private pool only can take 3 to 4 adults, but the villa is big itself. the room is very comfortably big. the garden is clean and cosy. i truly like the place. and the beach is just a minute away. you can get the sunrise view oversee the mount Rinjani. 10 minutes walk from the boat harbour and the central. the side of the villa is the pathway to the west side of the island. walk for 30 minute & u can get the sunset view oversee the Mount Agung of Bali.

Right on the beach

I booked the sea view king room,(not the villa) it was a nice sized room decorated nicely. Very nice views from the balcony. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. about a 10-15 minute walk from the port where the ferry drops you off, we took a little horse carriage just for fun, took about 5 minutes or less to arrive at the hotel. The AC unit wasn't very powerful and hot or warm water for a shower or bath is non existent. The Wi-fi connection wasn't very good. There is some if the best snorkeling on the island right in front of the hotel, we even saw a few sea turtles. Tons of places to eat nearby, breakfast selection is pretty good, those banana pancakes are amazing. Bike rental is recommended to see the whole island, the hotel can also assist in acquiring bikes or any other rentals. I would probably go back here.
