Check in was tough----key wouldn't work. Tried 2 times and he decided to change rooms. He handled it very well and very professsionally. Overall, stay was good.

The hotel is ok. It is in disrepair. The pool was closed and empty. Everything was just ok. The room was big but smelled like dirty socks. The bed was hard. The room was clean but very basic. No extras.

The hotel I guess was previously a Best Western. Hence on Google maps it says permanently closed. It’s not closed. Older facility but the new owners are working on it. There was evidence of new AC units going in which was needed because our started squealing in the middle of the night. Finally we turned it off and went back to sleep but it was warm. No elevator. Room was clean but older. Staff nice. Breakfast very limited but coffee was good.

Room was clean but one of beds looked like a horse had been sleeping in it. It was so warn out that we couldn't use it. Thankfully there were only 2 of us and we used the other bed. Shower was good, breakfast was good. Price was good. I would stay again if they had new beds.

We were on a long road trip and booked this property for the location and amenities. Upon check in found out that the pool and hot tub was in operational. Main reason for selecting this property. Staff apologized and noted that Expedia website information was incorrect. Hot tub has not been working for a couple of years.

Second stay here and enjoyed it just as much. The staff at the front desk was very kind and accommodating for my needs as a senior with walking issues. I got well rested in a comfortable bed and clean room. The tv and microwave and fridge were perfect for my needs. If I travel thru here again I would choose rhis place again.
