The lobby smelled like sewage. On the other hand the room was nice, clean but very dated. I will not be returning to this property.

My room was not clean, poop stains in the toilet, hair in the bathtub, TV did not work, the entire property had run out of soap, so I refused to eat anything there. The idea of people walking around with hands that were not washed after they used the bathroom was disgusting. The bathtub drain was broke so I had to try. It opened and put something in the drain so I could shower. I had to go buy my own hand soap because all they could offer me is a big bottle of shower gel to use for soap. The girls at the front desk tried, but I am waiting for the refund I was promised. I will never stay there again and this was my first time ever staying there. My go to hotel was booked. I will never let that happen again.

The room was nice, especially since I got the room with a hot tub. It was conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend the hotel and I would stay there again.

Had better, have had worse.

When back in the area, I will not be returning to this property. Our first room was not serviced by the staff from the previous guest. The "upgrade" that we were given was smaller than the room I originally booked. While it did have a jacuzzi tub, to me that really has no meaning or value. Over all we went from a suite to a large standard room with a big bath tub. I do feel that the desk staff was working with the authority they had in resolving the situation. Although in the end, we were not happy. There are many other choices in the area, another one will be booked next time.

There's a new manager and she is the sweetest! They've improved the breakfast and they are catching up with maintenance. She's a wonderful additon to the already friendly staff. This is the only hotel we stay at in Gillette.

Property is old and needs an update. Sheetrock screw holding shower soap dish to the wall. Shower drain is missing parts. OLD. THE BEST THING OVERALL WAS THE WOMAN THAT CHECKED US IN. I think her name is Katie. She was polite, always smiling and wellcoming and extreamly cordial.sge was a bredth if fresh air. Stayed at several hotels over the last 2 weeks and she made our stay the best

Great value and positive experience

The staff was very helpful and seemed cheerful. Always appreciate the complementary breakfast which had all the things you could need and the presentation was clean. The room itself was comfortable and spacious.
