We never made it to this property; the vendor changed the property on the day of arrival. The new property was supposed to be an upgrade but proved to be far poorer than we expected. The new property smelled musty, was very poorly finished (or, in some cases, unfinished) with heavily marked/stained carpets and was in a significantly worse neighbourhood than we chose. The furnishings were cheap and of poor quality and, finally, one of the provide chairs collapsed when sat upon. The vendor offered a partial refund but, more than 10 days later, has become uncommunicative.

Fast response to a couple of technical issues

House was clean, tidy & as described.During our stay the heating decided it didn't want to work and the bathroom light went out in support. Response was quick and hassle free. The bathroom light was fixed promptly and whilst the heating issue didn't get resolved immediately as it was complicated, convection heaters were supplied as a temporary fix. We'd stay again.
