My solo trip before flying back home the next day.

I had a very nice stay at the Gran Ultonia despite major work being carried out on the property. My room was large and spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a very good shower with excellent pressure. View from the window not so good! The breakfast was adequate with a lot of choice. My daughter and I had a drink on the roof terrace which was a nice extra to the hotel amenities.

Excellent hotel, very central

It is a very well located hotel, 5 minutes from Independence Square and 10 minutes from the old city. Very comfortable and modern rooms, exceptional breakfast.

Staff were great, breakfast was awesome, location was perfect, our sleep was quiet, beds comfy, and shower a lovely experience. Only thing is the parking garage has a very tight turn and scratches on your vehicle are highly likely if you're not EXTREMELY careful.

I wasn't aware that the property was under construction when I booked. Aside from the very noisy work being done during our check in, our overall stay was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and location was great. Just a short 2 mins walk into old Girona and shopping.

Great hotel in terrific location

I’m so glad I stayed here. The location was superb. In middle of town but easy to get to train station or get a cab. Even solo as a woman I was able to go out at night and walk through the town to restaurants and shops safely. The receptionists were great. Very helpful in navigating thru town. The room was spacious. Lots of room to spread out your things. Shower was really good. Nice breakfast buffet. Rooftop bar was great.
