Gisburn accommodation

Everything went exactly as it should. Super fast, efficient check-in, lovely comfortable room, good food and service in the restaurant, great value for money.

I recently travelled to Preston to attend my master’s degree graduation ceremony with my daughters . We spent one night in an apartment somewhere in Preston. This apartment was booked on another platform. We left earlier than scheduled,because we didn’t like the place . Fortunately.i visited Hotel.com in our desperation to leave the apartment due to its filthy state ,and thank God that there was an available room at Hampton by Hilton . It was indeed a great experience! Marcella’s hospitality was top notch . She made us feel at home . She ensured that we were we happy during our stay Another staff called Fatima was extremely pleasant and hospitable. She was happy to help whenever we needed it. However, a particular female staff was somewhat rude and dismissive. Overall , it was a pleasant experience and I look forward to staying in this hotel in future.

We had a wonderful stay. Annie was super accommodating and helpful. We will be back next year.
