Beautiful property consisting of a newly built apartment, located away from the city chaos and 8 km from the sea of Otranto and Porto Badisco, as well as a few kilometers from the beaches of Gallipoli. The location is also ideal for reaching Castro and Santa Cesarea, about 10 km away, and the botanical garden just 2 km away. The apartment offers all the necessary comforts, including air conditioning, washing machine, ironing board, safe, TV, and ample parking. You are also close to the largest botanical garden in Europe and just a few kilometers from the international go-kart track. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a large garden with swimming pool, outdoor shower, and a large barbecue, perfect for enjoying pleasant summer evenings. Magnifica casa!

una casa estremamente accogliente in un'ottima posizione da cui partire per esplorare le spiaggie del sud della puglia! alessandro è stato estremamente cortese e disponibile nel venirci incontro per gli orari di check in e check out. il patio esterno è un valore aggiunto importantissimo per delle cene all'aperto o per prendere il sole a fine giornata!

Relax poco distante dal mare

Una settimana di relax, perché per noi la vacanza è questo.. staccare dal caos cittadino. Giuggianello, paesino noto a pochi, è un'ottima soluzione se si cerca una vacanza di questo tipo. Posto silenzioso, con pochi abitanti, pochi negozi e posti dove mangiare (.. insomma l'indispensabile) ma in una posizione tattica per raggiungere Otranto e le spiagge limitrofe. 15/20 minuti e sei al mare, sabbia a nord (Alimini, Baia dei Turchi le più prossime) e scogli a sud (porto Badisco, santa cesarea le prima che si incontrano). Indispensabile la macchina per muoversi. Casa grande, avevamo due camere da letto a disposizione, a nostra libera scelta, bagno e cucina abitabile che funge da salotto con tv, tavolo e divanetto. Bello però mangiare fuori, nel giardinetto condiviso con l'appartamento adiacente in cui però ognuno ha il suo gazebo e i suoi spazi. Dolce compagnia di due tartarughe che si aggirano nel prato in cerca di attenzione.. e cibo. Presente in casa tutto il necessario. Posteggio auto comodo in strada. Alessandro e sua moglie molto disponibili e presenti per qualsiasi necessità e informazione, come sapere degli eventi e delle serate in programma. Consigliato per chi vuole visitare l'alto Salento.

Gentilezza e ospitalità..siamo stati accolti benissimo sin dal primo giorno.. Appartamento bello, pulito e funzionale con un suggestivo giardinetto nella parte interna, perfetto per una cenetta serale al ritorno dalla spiaggia o per una grigliata con gli amici.. I padroni di casa poi sono di una disponibilità e gentilezza fuori dal comune. Ci hanno fatto sentire davvero a casa. Il piccolo paesino di Giuggianello infine, tranquillo e fuori dal caos delle città turistiche, grazie alla sua centralità, permette di raggiungere facilmente sia le spiagge vicino Otranto che quelle di Gallipoli e Porto Cesareo. Settimana davvero fantastica, peccato solo non aver avuto più tempo, ma qui abbiamo trovato tutto quello che ci aspettavamo da una vacanza in Puglia. Consigliatissimo!

Paese molto vero, facile raggiungere i principali luoghi di interesse, proprietari disponibili

La casa ha i giusti spazi interni ed esterni, bagno grande e ben attrezzato, aria condizionata nelle camere molto utile, proprietari disponibili e molto piacevoli. Unico suggerimento qualche stoviglia e pentola in più per chi utilizza la casa anche per mangiare. Paese molto vero poco turistico comodo a tutto in particolare la parte adriatica.

SETTIMANA FAVOLOSA E RILASSANTE

Ti accoglie Alessandro e Marilena persone veramente semplici,non invadenti, pronti a risolvere qualsiasi problema; la casa e' molto molto pulita con tutti i confort compreso un giardino con barbecue e sdraio sole; il mare vicino sia a otranto che piu' a nord baia turchi e Alimini e' bellissimo...consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa bella casa per le ferie...si e' trovata benissimo anche Patty la ns. cagnolina .... ottima ubicazione per chi vuole visitare senza stress il Salento, casa curata nei particolari

Accoglienza genuina in sintonia con l’atmosfera del Salento. Disponibilità totale per qualunque bisogno da parte di Alessandro durante il soggiorno. La casa perfetta, curata nei particolari, funzionale, non ti fa mancare nulla. Ubicazione della casa perfetta per chi vuole visitare a 360° il Salento scelta che consiglio vivamente. A pochi Km da Tricase, Specchia, Castro, San Leuca, Galatina, Otranto, Alimini, Torre dell’Orso, Maglie. Ubicazione perfetta per una vacanza itinerante senza stress, niente traffico, paesaggi belli. Ero andato per pochi giorni di relax ma alla fine è stata una vera vacanza con conoscenza dei luoghi che sono stupendi. Da tornare. Grazie Alessandro
