The hotel was great. The staff was very attentive. Breakfast was worth the money. And being in the city center made it very handy for anything you might want to do. The beds were horrible and the pillows were bad. Very hard. Not at all comfortable. A smart tv would be nice as well...

Arrived easily considering the poor online google direction photos prior to arrival. I had to change rooms too due to features ie tv settings. For a solo traveller who prefers to stay in, in the evenings pls make sure all rooms are setted to 'normal' channels! They did changed my room although questioned if i had used the facilities. I do understand, what if i had?

While the reception staff were good, the rooms were of poor quality - poor lighting - the room is really dark with lights on, poor water pressure from the taps/shower, shower and toilet roll holders were coming off. Not a 4 star experience at all. Perhaps get a plumber in and an electrician who could fit brigther lamp bulbs? Wouldn’t stay again.

The room was very clean and quiet. We had a kitchen area with a small fridge. The staff was very obliging and kept our bags for us in a locked room when we came off an overnight flight and were too early to be checked in. The location was very handy to many places of interest.

There was always someone at reception who always had a smile on their face. The rooms were very clean with offering fresh sponge, dish cloth and washing up liquid. The hotel itself is just a few minutes walk away from the subway station and if you walk a few extra minutes you are at the city Center full of all the different shops, galleries and sight seeing opportunities.

Great value

Really enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and had plenty of space. Kitchenette was perfect, good size fridge with small freezer compartment and the dishwasher was a bonus. Big shower in the bathroom, and a decent amount of wardrobe space. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, and they let me leave my bags for a couple of hours after check out while I waited for my train. Will definitely come back to this hotel on my next trip to Glasgow.

Glasgow trip

The hotel staff were very friendly, the room design was great. There was wear and tear (some holes in the wall etc) the shower was amazing with lovely warm water. The bed was huge but very firm, after two nights we could the ache but I guess it’s personal preference! The TV was a smart TV however the channels were very odd select channels and the connection to screen share was not working.
