There's nothing I didn’t like, the amenities in the flat had everything I have in my own home it's like I never left home at all. The shopping area was excellent and people were helpful and friendly. Transport was excellent wherever you need to go out anywhere, all variety of restaurants everywhere to choose from. Definitely would recommend to friends who are unsure where to stay in your property if visiting Glasgow Scotland they will definitely not be disappointed.

Lovely stay

We had a problem with the television not working which was remedied next day by switching rooms. The toaster in the new room did not work and housekeeping switched it out. Staff responded quickly and were most helpful. We really liked the rooms and the hotel location was great, and very quiet. Laundry facilities were very clean and washed and dried satisfactorily. The dishwasher, washed well but left the dishes wet, fortunately we had brought our own tea towel as one was not provided. Everything else was most satisfactory, and would stay again if we revisit Glasgow.

I did not like the lack of availability for early check-in. After flying 23 hours, then have to wait another 5 hours was difficult. I liked the location: transportation close, grocery close, great shopping close, pubs close and even a casino.

Top notch apartment hotel! Highly recommended!

This hotel is top notch! Very spacious room with small kitchen if you choose to cook your own food! Great staff, very convenient to St. Enoch’s Square, subway, both central and Queens train stations! Close to any type of restaurant for every budget! The hotel sits on the corner across from the River Clyde with great walking / running paths all along the river. St. Enoch’s shopping centre is across the street and down a wee bit!

I was pleasantly surprised of the hotel. The space was clean and the hotel was quiet. Only complaint was the bed and the pillows were hard. Overall though I would stay here again. The kitchen was fully equipped. The fridge was huge! Highly recommended!!

This was a great location. Very central to public transportation with the subway a short walk and bus stop right outside the door. Staff was great! A few cons is that it gets very cold in bed by the window. They did have a manual to educate us on how to work the thermostat but I didn’t do that so maybe I could’ve corrected it.Also the noise from outside is easily heard. Early morning you could hear the birds. They made weird noises that almost sometimes sounded like someone screaming. All in all it was a great stay and even with the cons we will probably use this as our central location in Scotland again.

The hotel and staff were great and very helpful. The rooms were a good size and well equipped kitchen for breakfast and snacks. Great space in a noisy neighborhood. Early morning garbage and recycling pick up was disruptive.

Great to have some cooking facilities, fridge, microwave, plenty of storage for food and clothes, a desk and a place to eat. Well designed space, really handy for a supermarket and very short walk to the centre of the city. Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

A real find in Glasgow. Short walk from central train station and near everything I needed for a couple of days. Staff were really kind, the 1-bedroom was super spacious, spotless and comfortable. Worth the extra amount. The breakfast and their coffee were good too. Highly recommend.

The bed was extremely firm and very uncomfortable, as were the pillows, leading to a very poor night's sleep and a bad back in the morning. In addition, there were very noisy pipes throughout the night that sounded like someone banging in a cupboard in our room. Other than that, the room was a good size, had good amenities and was clean.
