Very friendly owners. Could not do enough to make me feel at home. Room was nice and had a comfy bed. I had failed to read my email, requesting arrival time, but I was mad a cup of tea and room was ready within 15 minutes. Only negative was that the TV was very small.

Tom is very friendly and his place is cozy. We had a comfortable stay and the warm breakfast was a bonus. Would be better if guests have access to the kitchen as well, even limited.

Really nice stay, good amenities in the property. Breakfast was nice. Only 4 stars because on our first night there was argument and noise at 1am which woke us up, it was fine the second day. Otherwise would highly recommend, very nice B&B bed was comfortable.
