The America Room is named after America Dickinson, the sister of Thomas Childs

Dickinson who first bought the house. A cozy retreat, we've decorated the

America Room in patriotic red, white, and blue, along with some period

antiques. The handmade heirloom quilt graces a queen-size bed. You have your

own en suite private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The full country

breakfast is a different experience every day, from sausage gravy and

biscuits, to Huevos Rancheros. Just about a block from the downtown square

where there is usually something going on. The 4th, 5th, guests are at an

additional cost of $10 per person per night.
