Mattress on sofa bed for kids was almost non existent, springs sticking through. Dirty cups lying outside room when we arrived, still sitting there when we left. Same elsewhere on the floor. Service in the bar extremely slow.

Great value hotel in centre of Glasgow. Rooms are well finished and the bathrooms are huge and look brand new. We didn’t eat in the hotel but finished of our night in the very nice bar next to the restaurant. We would definitely stay here again

Fantastic hotel, close to The Kings Theatre where we saw the AMAZING Pantomime. Really couldn’t fault hotel. Had a quiet room with a double bed each. We slept like logs! Visited the restaurant twice and thoroughly enjoyed dining and drinking there. Will definitely return next time we are in Glasgow. Thanks to all for a great stay

Staff were all polite and helpful, beds very comfy, room heating easy to use. Breakfast tasty and evening menu very good too (recommend the brownie & ice cream!). Easy to leave luggage with lobby staff after check-out before my flight. Easy walk into town (10 mins) and near to bus stops for airport too. Only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom door was really heavy and sometimes struggled opening it. Also bathroom window wasn’t frosted so had to keep the blind closed the entire time, lest everyone in the adjacent building see me!

Great sized rooms, well furnished and clean. Staff were all very welcoming. We were in an accessible room, plenty of space for turning the wheelchair and very good wet room bathroom. Also had breakfast and there was a good selection of hot and cold food. Would be very happy to book again. Stayed for Panto at the the king's theatre, which was only a few minutes away. Very good stay.

Room was spacious, clean and provided everything that was needed. Really comfortable bed and tasty breakfast. Couldn’t use parking facilities as spaces available were impossible to get into due to lack of room to manoeuvre. Manage to park close by and hotel provided a 50% discount to parking price which assisted this situation.
