I love the Jack London and stay there whenever I come to wine country. The rooms are a little bit dated at this point, but the Staff is so friendly. The pool and hot tub are lovely. The location can’t be beat.

A lovely motel only a mile or so from Jack London State Park. Big rooms and a well maintained swimming pool and spa made for an enjoyable stay. The motel shared a parking lot with an historic pub, which I am sure Jack London patronized. There was a clean and efficient laundromat and a grocery store just across the street.

Yes, nice simple room with a really comfortable bed although I could use fluffy pillows. The hot tub was a nice commodity. It was nice to be able to walk to two James Beard/Michelin recommended restaurants. Overall had a nice pleasant day.

Having stayed here off and on since 1972, I continue to find the rooms simply furnished, but with everything needed. The shower pressure was amazing, and the bed comfortable. And, there were two comfortable chairs in the room. We had dinner on the patio of the Bar, and as always, it was delicious. And, we were able to enjoy walking down the block to Les Pascals for delicious croissants and cookies in the morning one day and to the Garden Court the other day. I highly recommend this Lodge as reasonable and clean.
