The room was very clean, warm, and comfortable. We did not use the pool or breakfast. My only complaint was the snow was not shoveled in the back parking area. The shoveling ended right out of the back door. Not even the sidewalks.

Wonderful front desk staff. She anticipated some difficulties for us with the rooms we reserved, because one of our party is disabled. She fixed it so that we had nearby rooms, and not on the third floor! Much appreciated. The whole place was really friendly—very welcoming on a long trip! Breakfast was actually fun. Carol was a great host!
