Hotel parking is $15 per night, should be included in room rates. Hair and dirt throughout bedroom floor. Construction right outside our window, no thru traffic around the hotel. All added to a less than ideal experience. I can say I’ve stayed in a historic hotel and I’ll probably not stay there again.

Great spot. Friendly staff, great food on property and off. Close to Vail, Aspen, and Sunlight is the best kept secret in Colorado (affordable lift and ski school). BOOK THIS SPOT NOW. Oh and you can walk to the hot springs. Don't be an idiot, book this place now. Get the suite with the balcony. It's dope AF!

We stayed in the Roosevelt suite and we loved it!! The balcony was huge. Very old and rustic. Within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and hot springs. Perfect location.

Historical experience

We enjoyed staying in this historical hotel. The bed was very comfortable. I missed having a fridge and microwave in the room. It was interesting learning to use the steam radiator in the room. Because the hotel is old it took longer for the hot water to get to our room. I enjoyed looking at the historical memorabilia around the hotel. We stayed in a more basic room. I know some of the suites had fridges in them. We would stay there again.

Shockingly good visit

Nice enjoyable stay. The only issues we had was a lack of ramp access in the front of the building and the elevator panels would shock me every time I pressed the button to call the elevator. Other than that though the stay was very nice.
