Worst hotel experience
Staff are rude felt like brown people are not welcome wasn’t just 1 incident but twice reached out to general manager via email and phone still no response. The sink water pressure is very low have to wash hands and brush teeth in the tub the hot water takes long to come through and so does the heat because the building is old and the pipes are still the same. Went all weekend wasting food due to no way to reheat it just to find out they have a microwave they brought it to my room my last night which it should’ve been offered upon check in. Even though there’s no rule in the policy saying anything about music in room being played I was told to turn my music off and threatened to be kicked out at 3pm when the rule in their policy says quiet time is from 10pm to 8am. I’ve never experienced a bad hotel until this vacation I felt very unwelcome never again Hotel Colorado sucks!

Beautiful. Convienent to the hot springs. With the hotel being so old my wife and I may have had some pre judgement of the property being haunted since it’s so old. We were on the 3rd floor and yes we believe the property has lingering spirits. Nothing scary nothing that will keep you up at night but with the creaking floors and pipes it made for a great 1st experience!
