the hotel is clean and safe; it's in need of some remodeling like hallway wallpaper though the room's bathroom was more recently redone; it's a great location and the breakfast spread had offerings beyond a usual hotel breakfast at this level; there's an additional charge of $10 for parking that we didn't know about until check in

we were placed in the back corner with the ice machine, elavator, an entrance, and a staff door. constant noise. room was okay other than dead bugs everywhere, couldnt connect to the wifi that well, and we got a parking charge even though the entire lot was full saturday night. the "oveeflow" lot was some constrction site with no kight was full

You basically get what you paid for. We checked in and our first room had bugs in it, some in the beds, most in the window behind the curtains. They moved us to another room when I informed them about the bugs, and looks like it's normal.

2 best things about this hotel- the manager and the breakfast. The manager went above and beyond. She was fabulous. I felt like she really wanted to help us and wanted us to be there. We felt welcome and like we were just old friends of hers. She's phenomenal, amazing, and incredible. And the breakfast? Glorious! Loads of food. Good food- not just microwaved breakfast. We loved it.
