Wonderful family home, we had a perfect stay for two families with kids. The games room as a huge hit and the decorative artwork everywhere made us feel right at home.Easy walk to the beach and town centre, and Erin our host was very responsive with any questions or queries. Would definitely stay again!

Check in was great the owner let us know the cleaning crew was done early so we could check in early. The kitchen was great lots of space and had everything we needed to make a meal for a crowd. The main level could use a fan if it’s a hot week.

An absolutely great location, in a small glamorous town. We were traveling to explore Boston academic area and the house is located super convenient. Clean, , well equipped kitchen , large enough for 5 adults and 5 kids. The basement had few entertainment options for the youngsters. It was pretty warm in the night in the first floor , with no AC ( only ceiling fans). We would book it again

April Vacation Adventure

Available just when we needed it after a last minute cancellation threatened to upend the trip our scouts had spent months preparing for. Our group of 8 fit comfortably and would have been fine even if all 10 of us had been able to be here. We loved cooking together in the big kitchen and the table accommodated us all! Everything was great. The host warned us that the drive way will only fit 4 cars comfortably, but we were able to fit 6 cars with plenty of room to spare. Perhaps there may be problems if there were big snow banks.

Beautiful location. Lots of space. It was unfortunate that the high end oven broke before we arrived, as we had planned a large family meal, but the host communicated and even offered a full refund/ early arrival (we couldn’t get there early though) because they couldn’t get it fixed and the replacement wouldn't be there on time. For some reason there were a lot of spiders downstairs, but otherwise it was wonderful. Thank you.

Absolutely Perfect!

We have rented many times thru VRBO and this is by far the best place we haved stayed. The home is beautiful! The area is so quaint with beautiful scenery and great places to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and hope to return in the future. Erin was the perfect host. If we needed anything at all, she was just a text away and always responded immediately. Our entire family enjoyed our stay here, with ages ranging from 10 years to 74 years. I highly recommend you stay here if you are looking in this area.

Beautifully restored historic house within short walk to the water in East Gloucester. Lots of room and great layout perfect for a friends’ reunion. Easy access to beautiful beaches, Rockport, and fabulous Stage Fort Park.
