Extremely annoyed that we had to pay £10 each to reserve use of the pool. I totally understand that it gets busy and don’t mind reserving but to pay to reserve is unacceptable on top of the other charges. Really annoyed us and took away from the enjoyment of the stay.

Yes room spotless staff can not do anymore for you booked in on line for 2 people one dog but unfortunately the booking company didn't include my dog that we paid for but the staff were so lovely strait on it found us a dog friendly room its the 2nd time we have stayed there its lovely will go back again next Christmas 🎄
