Hotel was lovely. Room was well equiped and relaxing. Parking would be the only thing that might be challenging at certain times, as there is no allocated parking.

Lovely room, although cozy, it had everything needed! Robert’s radio, powerful shower, coffee machine. We received great service from friendly staff, enjoyed lovely food and a great atmosphere. Lovely snug bar with roaring fire and mulled wine available, a great start to Christmas celebrations!

Excellent breakfast - lots of choices & served with efficiency & comfort. Bountiful breakfast food / thank you thank you My room was like an apartment- so comfy & every wish already thought of. Amazing beautiful clean room with outstanding hospitality. I visited in winter & temp inside was perfectly warm & cozy. Hot water and good pressure in shower. This is a fine choice for hotel. Last night for a dinner the meal options were outstanding and top choice ; food was wonderful.

Great location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had the American twin room on the third floor and it was huge with a great view. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends. Free parking also. The hotel is lovely and has lots of character. We will be back.

This hotel is recommended if you want to stay in a historic property in the Cotswolds. What I loved most were the atmosphere of the room and the food. The room had a warm and gentle feel, almost like visiting a nostalgic English grandmother’s home, which made it incredibly cozy. Inside the hotel, there is a lovely restaurant with a fireplace. Since the area becomes quite dark at night and there aren’t many places to go out, having such a nice restaurant on-site was extremely helpful. Breakfast is served from a menu, and the ”Full English breakfast” was truly delicious, offering classic British ingredients. I also had dinner there, and everything was wonderful. Enjoying a traditional English breakfast in a warm room with a fireplace has become a very special memory for me. The hotel is conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Moreton-in-Marsh station. While the surrounding area is not particularly lively, there are charming cafés, souvenir shops, and antique stores, which I really enjoyed. コッツウォルズで歴史あるホテルに泊まりたい方には、とてもおすすめの宿です。特に良かったのは、部屋の雰囲気と食事でした。部屋は温かく優しい空気に包まれていて、どこか懐かしい「イギリスのおばあちゃんの家」に来たような心地よさがありました。 ホテルの中には暖炉のある素敵なレストランがあり、夜になると周囲が暗く外に出られる場所も限られていたので、とても助かりました。朝食はメニューから選べるスタイルで、イングリッシュブレックファストはイギリスならではの食材が楽しめ、本当に美味しかったです。夕食も同じレストランでいただきましたが、どれも美味しかったです。 暖かい暖炉のある部屋で、美味しいイギリス式の朝食を楽しめたことは、とても良い思い出になりました。 ホテルはMorton-in-Marsh駅から徒歩5分ほどと便利な立地にありますし、駅の近くには大きなスーパーもありました。周辺は賑やかではありませんが、可愛いカフェやお土産屋さん、アンティークショップなどがあり、とても良かったです。

Room was great and a nice size - staff were excellent and quickly resolved an issue we had - food and bar service was also very good - although breakfast wasn't a buffet you cld have anything you wanted and service was quick. Thank you for lovely stay and we world definitely recommend the hotel.

Beautiful hotel right in the middle of the Cotswolds that exemplifies the charm of the area. Staff are very very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are comfortable and furnished to an and furnished to a very good standard with that unique feel you get when staying in a very old building. If you’re looking for a short day in the Cotswolds, you won’t be disappointed with the white heart.

Great staff. Very tasty breakfast. Room was really beautiful (old wooden floors, four poster bed, patio, all great character) and located right in the center of town, two blocks to the train station. So easy. While you're there, take a Go Cotswolds bus tour. Also high recommend
