Rebuilt in 2019, A 1 bedroom guesthouse with kitchenette (microwave, glassware, cutlery, crockery, bar fridge, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso machine), ensuite, lounge 55inch TV, patio with BBQ, and outdoor dining. The guesthouse has a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a single bed with a pull-out trundle bed in the Loungeroom, making it an affordable stay for a family of 3. Breakfast packs are available for pre-order.
Our Qualified Chef will be happy to organize a meal for you by arrangement.
Our 140 acres is home to over 300 sheep and 20 Alpacas. Experience farm life. Enjoy the space. Visit our beautiful animals. Winter is a great time to visit for lambing (late June-Sep and autumn for Alpaca birthing (Dec-Feb 2024)
Bird watching on the farm is plentiful and is a short stroll to the Barwon River. Artists will love the views and available shelters for painting.
The Great Ocean Road is a 30-minute drive. The city of Geelong is a 15-minute drive.
Gnarwarre is on the edge of the Surfcoast shire and is a great location for day trips to many of Victoria's tourist attractions. Torquay, The Great Ocean Road, Ballarat, Sovereign Hill, Geelong Gaol Museum, Werribee open range Zoo, Queenscliff, many great wineries, and award-winning restaurants.
