The check in consisted of a sign directing us to the bar. The bartender was very busy and only asked our name and then handed us our pass cards with the instructions "It's on the second floor"
Even though we hung the "REFRESH OUR ROOM" sign on the door. No housekeeping was provided. Also, some of the towels had a yellowish hue to them. They didn't look very clean.
When we checked out. The woman at the desk didn't even look up until I said "Good morning". And then she just took the pass cards and went back to her computer screen. So I asked if everything was good. She didn't even look up to respond with "Yeah".
The waitress in the restaurant/bar was terrible. She didn't even bring cutlery to our table. The guy from the kitchen had to get us some when he brought out our meal. She didn't come by to ask us if everything was okay until after we had finished our meal. And then she didn't apply the 20% off discount that they advertised on their menu and signage.
On top of all this, the sidewalk outside the building was torn up with construction. I know that this part was not their fault, but it added to the miserable stay we had.
We would not return to this hotel.
