The beach house on the lake is equipped with love for exclusive detail and offers plenty of space for wellness and relaxation. This stylish house has underfloor heating, digital satellite / TV and flat screen in living and sleeping areas. Gas fireplace in the living area, large living rooms with sofa and dining table, luxurious designer sofas, open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, stove with convection oven. Surroundings: The house is located about 30 meters from the Fleesensee. In the immediate vicinity of the Iberostar hotel, idyllically located amid the Mecklenburg Lake District. The spacious spa area Iberotel Spa (950m²) with indoor pool and bubble benches, bio-sauna, sauna overlooking the lake, sauna garden, steam bath, herbal steam bath, Kneipp, relaxation room with water beds, is only 150 meters away. Furthermore, is a short distance of the city goods on Germany's largest lake. The town can be reached by boat across the Fleesen and Kölpinsee, cycling (bike rental in town) or by car in a few minutes. Several restaurants, small shops, a Biohofladen, Outletstores, a laundry and an ATM are also available nearby. The Müritz National Park, a large freshwater aquarium are interesting places to visit.

Golf Courses: 5 golf courses within a golf club with 72 holes (3 x 18-hole, 2 x 9 holes) guarantee variety and the right challenge for players of all levels. Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus direkt am Fleesensee war einfach traumhaft. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist nicht nur wunderschön eingerichtet, sondern strahlt eine Ruhe aus, die perfekt zum Entspannen ist. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Liebe zum Detail hier steckt.Besonders gefreut hat uns, wie unglaublich hundefreundlich alles gestaltet ist. Unsere Bella war nicht nur geduldet, sondern wirklich willkommen — das macht den Urlaub gleich doppelt so schön.Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und konnten wunderbar abschalten. Ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt, weil er sich ein bisschen wie ein zweites Zuhause anfühlt.

Ein schönes Haus in bester Lage fast direkt am See. Aber leider ist die Sauberkeit mit schlecht zu bewerten, so schlecht dass man sich eckelt, die Kissen sind massiv dreckig, die Duschen und Duschköpfe verschimmelt, das Kopfteil von einem Bett massiv verstaubt, fast überall Spinnenweben, staubige Küchenschränke ein extrem verdreckter Backofen und den Wasserkocher haben wir auch selbst entkalkt. Der eine Tab der für den Geschirrspüler daliegt, nützt ohne Salz und Klarspüler auch nichts, haben wir aber besorgt und alles aufgefüllt. Es ist schade um das schöne Haus. Wir haben der Verwaltung alles mitgeteilt, auch mit dem Hinweis, dass wir kein Geld zurück haben wollen, nur uns wünschen dass die Eigentümer von dem schönen Haus, informiert werden, aber leider gab es da keine Rückmeldung. Auch schade .

Ein wirklich schönes Haus. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Nähe zum See, kurze Wege, um direkt ins Wasser zu springen oder einfach am Ufer spazieren zu gehen. Von der Terrasse konnten wir jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang über dem Wasser genießen. Der Kontakt zu unserer Ansprechpartnerin, Frau Stoib, war durchweg herzlich und hilfsbereit. Schnelle Kommunikation, klare Informationen vor Anreise. Fazit: Dieses Ferienhaus mit Seeblick bietet eine erstklassige Kombination aus Komfort, Lage und Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein sehr schönes Haus in bester Lage.

Es war geplant, eine Woche mit etwas Besichtigungen und mit Gemeinsamkeiten am Haus. Beides ist zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt worden. Eine wunderbare Umgebung zum spazieren gehen Radfahren und den ein oder anderen Ausflug mit dem Auto. Wer sich gerne selbst verpflegt, findet alles vor, was nötig ist. Es sind aber auch genügend Restaurants in der Umgebung in jeder Kategorie rundherum eine gelungene Woche.

Kurzurlaub mit Hund

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt zu sechst mit Hund. Der Garten ist schön groß, liegt nur leider direkt am Weg. Wenn man damit kein Problem hat, lässt es sich dort wunderbar entspannen.

Strandhaus mit gehobener Ausstattung

Wir haben das Strandhaus mit einer Gruppe von 6 Personen gemietet. Das Strandhaus selbst steht in exponierter Lage mit direktem Blick auf den Fleesensee. Die Ausstattung ist üppig, mit Sauna im Haus und beheiztem Jacuzzi auf der Terrasse. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, Stellplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, die Kontaktaufnahme und Kommunikation mit der Maklerin war vorbildlich. Wir hatten kleinere Anliegen/Probleme vorgetragen, um die sich umgehend gekümmert wurde. Man sollte beim Online-Inserat vielleicht erwähnen, daß auch Haustiere erlaubt sind, denn wir haben festgestellt, daß die Vormieter und die Reinigungsfirma vorhandene Hundehaare unzureichend entfernt haben. Wer hier letztendlich dafür Sorge zu tragen hat, daß das Strandhaus auch bei Haustierunterbringung sauber für die Nachmieter hinterlassen wird, kann hier nicht beantwortet werden. Nichtsdestotrotz ein außergewöhnliches Strandhaus mit gehobener Ausstattung und super Lage. Kann von uns uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden.

Tolles Ferienhaus, mit schönen und sauberen Anlagen

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von fünf Erwachsenen Ende Oktober für ein langes Wochenende in dem Haus am Fleesensee. Online hat uns dieses aufgrund der Features im Haus und der Lage direkt zugesagt, also gesagt, gebucht! Bereits in der Vorbereitung der Reise haben wir gemerkt, dass wir hier auf eine wahnsinnig tolle Vermieterin gestoßen sind, die proaktiv und stets freundlich kommuniziert. Alles lief reibungslos und Fr. Stoibe war sehr zuvorkommend. Selbst bei einigen Rückfragen vor Ort haben wir eine sehr schnelle Antwort erhalten - wir könnten hier also nicht glücklicher sein. Das Haus hat seine Versprechen ebenfalls gehalten. Wir haben es sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden. Die Sauna und der Whirlpool waren in einem guten Zustand und insgesamt haben wir alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist gut, allerdings gibt es ein Zimmer mit deutlich mehr Platz als die anderen beiden. Wie man dies bewertet ist jedem selbst überlassen - für uns war dies kein Problem. Ebenfalls sei hier erwähnt, dass das große Zimmer direkten Blick auf die Sauna durch ein Glasfenster hat. Auch dies war für uns kein Problem aber für den einen oder anderen ist dies ggbf. interessant. Das einzige Manko war für uns, dass der Blick von der Terasse und dem Balkon aus direkt auf ein WC-Häuschen am See fällt. Natürlich kann hier niemand wirklich etwas für, aber unser Wochenende wäre mit Seeblick noch ein Stückchen schöner gewesen. Insgesamt ein tolles Ferienhaus, volle Empfehlung!

Unser Urlaub am Fleesensee

Guten Morgen. Ich möchte mich einmal nach unserem Urlaub melden. Der Fleesensee ist wunderschön und alle dort sind wahnsinnig freundlich. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Brötchenservice und die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten zum essen sind sensationell. Auch der Bootsverleih war mega und der Mann super cool. Der See ist sehr warm. Die Kommunikation mit Ihnen selbst war sehr sehr angenehm. Das Haus war ein Traum. Das einzige was ich im Haus bemängeln muss, war wirklich die Sauberkeit, da muss ich den Rezensionen bei Fewo zustimmen. Es war nicht so das es wirklich eklig war aber zum beispiel wurden Spiegel und Fenster schon ewig nicht geputzt, was gerade bei den Fenstern den Blick auf dem See sehr kaputt macht. Und die Jungs vom Rasenmähen waren auch da, leider haben die wirklich nur mal fix gemäht und den Rasen liegen lassen, haben nicht mal gekehrt oder die Möbel zurück gestellt. Da es im Haus aber keinen Besen gibt, was wirklich angebracht wäre, mussten wir das selber mit einen Handfeger auf allen Vieren kehren. Aber ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner angenehmer Urlaub. Die Grundlegende Sauberkeit war leider schlecht. Vergilbte Kissen, schmutzige Decken, starke verdreckte/angeschimmelt Ränder in den Duschen. Teilweise schmutziges Geschirr. Die Ausstattung an sich und die Lage sind prima.

Familienurlaub

Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden, besonders mit der Lage, diese war sensationell. Wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist, einfach super. Das einzige, was wir bemängeln, ist die Sauberkeit in der Unterkunft, diese war mangelhaft. Und das Haus ist eher nur für 6 Personen geeignet, der Esstisch ist nur mit 6 Stühlen bestückt und es gibt zwei Klappbetten wenn man mit 8 Personen anreist. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub und das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön besonders die Sauna und der jacuzzi sind ein sehr schönes Highlight.

Wir waren mit unserem Sohn und unseren 2 Hunden für 5 Tage in diesen echt schönen Haus. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Eine Strandbar ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Der Hundestrand liegt auch nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt. Der Whirlpool und die Saune wurden fleißig von uns benutzt. Wir haben uns im Haus und der Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Strandhaus

Unsere Zeit im April war sehr schön ruhig und entspannend. Der direkte Weg zum See und Abends der Sonnenuntergang im wirlpool genießen zu können ist fantastisch.

Schöner Urlaub

Waren 3 Erwachsene ein 5 jähriges Kind und 2 Hunden unterwegs! Es war nicht der erste Trip in diesen Ort, wir wussten also genau , das da ein toller großer Hundestrand ist, Spielplatz für die Enkelin und ein toller Wald zum spazieren gehen ist. Auch den Bärenwald in etwa einer halben Stadt. Zu erreichen, war mit den Hunden zu sammeln wieder einen Besuch wert. Auch die Alpakas in der Nähe machen Spaß

Tolle Lage und angenehm ruhig.

Tolles Haus und sehr sauber! Haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und wären gerne länger geblieben. Sehr ruhig in der Nebensaison und super zum relaxen. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tolle Zeit

Es waren tolle Tage auch perfekt als Kurztrip zu empfehlen. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung und mit Saune und Whirlpool lässt sie keinen Wunsch offen. Die Buchung lief unkompliziert und schnell ab. Die Lage ist super direkt an der Strandpromenade zu einer Badestelle sind es nur wenige Meter. Wird sicher nicht unser letzter Besuch gewesen sein.
