Tolles Objekt mit einem kleinen Kritikpunkt

Wir haben das Haus für eine Woche im Juli 2023 genutzt und es ist ein wirklich tolles, sehr hochwertiges und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattetes Haus. Besonders toll ist natürlich das Schlafzimmer im EG mit en Suite - Bad, also eigenem Bad mit Dusche und WC direkt am Schlafzimmer. Im OG gibt es zwei weitere tolle Schlafzimmer, ein großes Bad und im EG und OG jeweils noch ein zusätzliches WC. Auch sonst fehlt es an nichts im Haus. Wir hatten lediglich einen Kritikpunkt. Obwohl wir eine tolle Sommerwetterwoche erwischt hatten, war es auf der Terrasse abends schnell ungemütlich. Die Terrasse bekommt leider abends keine Sonne mehr ab und mit dem leichten Wind war es schnell ungemütlich. Wir hatten das Glück, dass es keinen Regen gab, aber dann wäre es gar nicht mehr möglich gewesen, draußen zu sitzen, da es leider keinerlei Überdachung für die Terrasse gibt. Weder im Erdgeschoss noch für die Dachterasse. Perfekt wäre das Objekt für uns, wenn die Terrasse überdacht und eventuell einseitig mit einem Windschutz ausgestattet wird. Das war aber auch schon die einzige klitzekleine Kritik. Ansonsten war es super!

Golden

Modern, dennoch behaglich. Groß aber nicht ausladend. Beste Ausstattung und dabei nicht dekadend. Ein ordentlicher Garten der in Blickrichtug, ausgehend von Wohnzimmer und zwei der Schlafzimmer, unverbaut in Felder und Wälder geht. Die Seen in Fahrradweite und Ruhe satt. Wir können diesen Ort jedem wärmstens ans Herz legen. Gerne wieder!
