The apartment house Granitz is located on the forest promenade. It is located in a prime location - 200 m to the beach, the spa park and the pier, close to the center on the pedestrianized beach road. The facility includes a bicycle storage, washing machine and dryer in the communal cellar, as well as a children's playground with spacious lawn area. A free parking space is available directly at the house. Non smoking apartment! Fantastic sea view!

Apartment 44:
The modern 2-room non-smoking apartment is 34 mÂČ in size.   The apartment has a bedroom with two single beds and huge studio window with sea views, a living room with double sofa bed, floor-to-ceiling window (French balcony). A fully equipped kitchenette (4-plate stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, etc.) as well as shower and toilet are part of the apartment layout.   A linen package can be rented (bed linen, 1 bath towel, 1 towel - per apartment a bath mat) per person 14.00 EUR - dish towels on request, towel change for an extra charge possible. Please order with booking and pay on arrival.  Cot (10.00 €) and high chair (10.00 €) can be rented.   At the house belongs the car parking space No. 58 free of charge to the apartment.

Villa Granitz Whg 44 - MissstÀnde

- Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal Strand- und Ortsnah wenn auch die NĂ€he zur am Stand gelegenen Kurbereich am Abend hĂ€ufig mit lauter Musik bis in spĂ€te Stunden verbunden ist - Es gibt kein WLAN (in heutiger Zeit eigentlich nicht mehr vorstellbar) - die in der Beschreibung der Wohnung mit angepriesene Waschmaschine und Trockner (je nur 1 GerĂ€t) muss mit ca. 50 anderen Appartments geteilt werden, so dass nur mit viel GlĂŒck gewaschen werden kann. - Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist spartanisch. Nur das allernotwendigste. Kein Sessel zu Lesen unter den grossen Fenstern. - Wenig Platz am Esstisch - Die KĂŒchenausstattung mangelhaft. Wenig Geschirr. Kein KartoffelschĂ€ler. kein Abtropfgestell obwohl keine GeschirrspĂŒlmaschine. - Man sollte dort nicht kochen sondern essen gehen. - defekter MĂŒlleimer unter der SpĂŒle - bei der Ankunft war das Bild ĂŒber dem Sofa wegen herausgebrochener NĂ€gel auf dem Boden gelagert. - Die grossen Fenster sind bei Tag sehr angenehm. Die Verdunkelung derselben war aber nicht mehr voll funktionsfĂ€hig, so dass die NĂ€chte dann etwas heller sind. - Eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung, wenn sich jemand etwas liebevoller darum kĂŒmmern wĂŒrde.

Praktisch und sauber

Die Einrichtung ist zweckmĂ€ĂŸig und ordentlich. Auch bei der Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu meckern. Strand und verschiedene Restaurants sind fußlĂ€ufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
