Duplex apartment with swimming pool and sauna 200 m to the beach

The Quisisana house is one of the few old buildings in Göhren today. It was completely renovated between 1992 and 1994. A swimming pool with wave system and a sauna were installed in the middle wing.

The 68 square meter apartment is on the side of the sea and extends over two floors. The spacious living area on the first floor has a couch (extra bed for 2 people) with 2 armchairs, coffee table, sideboard, TV with cable connection. Access to the Internet via WLAN is available free of charge. From the living room you can also access the covered and furnished balcony, from where you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea and relax to the sound of the sea. The adjoining sleeping area includes a double bed with bedside tables and a wardrobe as well as another balcony to the south. For very young guests there is a cot with mattress available at no extra charge.

A staircase leads down to the ground floor with kitchen and bathroom. The fitted kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped with a refrigerator, an electric stove with an oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and extensive crockery. The dining table offers enough space to serve the culinary highlights of the island for 4 people. A child's highchair finds additional space and is ready to hand at no extra charge.

The tiled bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and hairdryer is also heated from the floor.

Between the bathroom and the kitchen on the ground floor is a small hallway with the apartment entrance door.

A parking space belongs to the apartment, which is available free of charge.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ganz in Ordnung. Leider funktioniert die Sauna nur über einen Münzautomat. Alle 15 Minuten ist 1€ einzuwerfen, um die Temperatur bei 60 Grad zu halten. Die Wohnung ist sauber, das Schlafzimmer lässt sich nicht vollständig abdunkeln. Fahrradabstellplätze sind eher begrenzt. Ein Besuch in Göhren und dem Mönchgut lohnt sich allemal.

Ferienwohnung in Göhren

Göhren ist immer eine Reise wert. Wir hatten eine sehr gut betreute, zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommene schöne Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick. Es fehlte an nichts und die Lage ist kaum zu übertreffen. Einziger doch recht großer Kritikpunkt ist die sehr enge Zu- und Abfahrt zum Parkplatz.

Super entspannter Urlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, tolle Unterkunft. Einziges Manko war für uns, dass man das Schlafzimmer nicht richtig verdunkeln konnte und auch dort kein Fenster nachts öffnen konnte. Aber ansonsten war alles super. Netter Kontakt und die Lage war auch prima.

Schöne Unterkunft

Im großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft wunderbar bis auf das Bett das sehr in Bodennähe ist war alles super. Das einzige was ich bemängeln muss ist das wir eigentlich 16 Uhr einchecken sollten aber dann doch erst 17:30 ein checken durften wäre kein Problem wenn man kein 2 jähriges Kind mit gehabt hätte der Mann von der Agentur war auch alles andere als freundlich am Telefon, da muss man schon sagen war der erste Tag echt nicht berauschend. Die Parkplätze sind wie in anderen Bewertungen echt eng aber es klappt mit parken.

Parkplatzsituation

Das Parken auf den zugehörigen Plätzen ist sportlich. Als Fahrer eines SUV bleibt einem nur der Ausstieg über den Kofferraum. Man kann nur hoffen, dass andere auch sehr vorsichtig ein/ausparken und man ohne Dellen pp. wieder nach Hause fährt. Leider hat man keine Ausweichmöglichkeiten da in der Umgebung keine freien Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen.

Die Parkplätze sind wirklich seeehhrrr eng.

Waren vor der Saison dort, so hatten wir den engen Parkplatz komplett für uns. Auch im Haus waren wir fast allein, und die Schwimmhalle gehörte nur uns. War schon richtig toll.

Waren sehr zufrieden.bis auf die Lautstärke von den Mitbewohnern. Aber da können die Vermieter nichts dafür.leider hab ich beim ausparken hab ich leider mauerkontakt gehabt.also mit einem A6 combi am besten wo anders parken😂😂😂

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Allerdings musste sie nochmal gereinigt werden, danach war es in Ordnung. Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Ostsee ist nur von eine Ecke möglich, ansonsten sieht man auf das Dach des vorderen Hauses. Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz ist sehr sehr eng und auch der Parkplatz selber. Nur für kleine Autos und geübte Fahrer zu empfehlen.

Gute Wohnung mit Schwächen

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Der Parkplatz erfordert sehr erfahrene Fahrer, einen Einweiser bei großen Autos und vielleicht ein wenig Glück. Wir waren insgesamt gut zufrieden. Die Schwächen: - Wer im Wohnzimmer auf dem Sofa schläft, muss nachts zum Pipi machen immer durch das Schlafzimmer. Das ist ein Durchgangszimmer. - Die Wohnung selbst ist hellhörig. - Wenn viele Mieter im Haus ist es sehr laut. Wenn die Mieter der oberen Wohnung Stühle rücken, hört es sich so an, als würde einer Umziehen. Fazit: Der Vermieter kann an den Schwächen nichts ändern. Die sind eben da. Dennoch gute Wohnung und wir würden sie vermutlich nochmal nutzen.

Quisisana in Göhren

Unterkunft nett eingerichtet, Komunikation mit der Eigentümerin sehr nett. Utensilien für die Selbstversorgung steht alles zur Verfügung. Was uns gestört hat ist die sehr mißerable Einfahrt und der dazugehörige Parkplatz. Was wir auch nicht schön fanden war die Schlüsselübergabe durch den Vermittler von der Insel, zeigte zwar die Wohnung fühlte sich aber für nicjts vetantwprtlich. Pool war nicht sauber gehalten, ständig Sand darin, Putzdienst haben wir nicht wirklich mitbekommen. Wir liesen uns davon nicht beeindrucken und trotz allem ein erholsammer Urlaub.

Gut gelegene Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung

Schön gelegenne Ferienwohnung mit leichten Parkplatzproblemen (Zufahrt zu den Parkplätzen sehr eng, Stellplätze sehr schmal, nix für große Familienfahrzeuge). Für mitgebrachte Fahrräder steht leider keine Unterstellmöglichkeit (Fahrradraum, Keller, Schuppen etc.) zur Verfügung. Lediglich ein Fahrradständer vor dem Poolzugang, um die Fahrräder anzuschließen. Die Ausstattung ist in einem guten Zustand, aber teils schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Schlafsofa ist zum Ausziehen und hat somit zwei unterschiedliche Schlafhöhen. Der Fernseher im Galeriebereich (alter Röhrenfernseher) hatte bei uns keinen Empfang und kann daher auch entfernt oder besser ausgetauscht werden. Zwei von vier Kopfkissen waren neu, schöner wäre es gewesen, wenn die anderen zwei auch neu gewesen wären. Sehr schön waren die zwei Balkone. Von dem größeren hat man einen sehr schönen Blick in Richtung Ostsee. Alles in allem haben wir eine sehr schöne Woche in Göhren verbracht, wozu auch die Ferienwohnung beigetragen hat.
