I am accepting lettings from Saturday 27th December to Saturday 10th January in minimum lots of one week beginning 27th December and or 3th January 2026.
The property that I am offering is my own two bedroom unit in the Beach House. The Beach House is a Time Share Resort. The Resort is situated directly opposite the main Beach. The building is around 18 stories high and offers wonderful open ocean, coastal and hinterland views. Timeshare units are allocated at check in. Preference of a particular unit can be sort but can not be guaranteed. Side or corner units are popular. Timeshare owners are
allowed to state a preference for a particular unit but it is not guaranteed. In all the years that I have had these units very few people have been unhappy about their view.. I personally prefer the design of the side and corner units around mid floor.

The building has a large living area and balcony and is air conditioned The unit will sleep a maximum of six people. There is an ensuite to the main bed room queen size and also a further bath and bedroom two singles or double a laundry is included. a fold out divan in the living area provides accommodation for two people. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary crockery and cutlery. All linen with the exception of beach towels is supplied . Two televisions with Foxtel are included one in the living area and the other in the main bedroom. The property includes 75% under cover secure parking and we are able to direct you to other free parking

The resort also includes pool, kids pool, spa, sauna, gym, children's play room and half tennis courts. children will love the small amusement park with all its novelties and rides set up just across the road.
The Beach house is situated right in the heart of Coolangatta and has immediate access to shops and restaurants
Buses to the theme parks are available at the door. For those that need it the air port is just minutes away.

Wonderful property to stay at. Can’t beat the location so close to everything. Park the car for the week and leave it you won’t need it.
