Kirra Belle 2 is a charming beachside unit on the 1st floor, in a convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, the Gold Coast airport, and Kirra beach.

Kirra Belle 2 has been updated throughout with new furnishings, offering a bright and cheery setting for an affordable family holiday. Even your dog is welcome to join you as you relax on holidays!

The first floor unit features 2 bedrooms – master with double bed and the second room with 2 single beds. Both rooms have ceiling fans for year-round comfort.

The open plan loungeroom is air-conditioned and there is a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, stove and microwave.
The bathroom includes walk in shower, washing machine and separate toilet.

There is also off-street parking for 1 car.

Kirra Belle 2 is a perfect for an affordable family holiday close to the beach with all conveniences within walking distance.

*Note - 1 small dog permitted however there is no private yard or outdoor area (no cats or other pets permitted). Guests must remain respectful when taking their dog through common areas. Dogs must not be left at the property unattended and all attempts must be made to minimise barking.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from our office, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 4 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

The accommodation was very clean and ideally located. Kitchen crockery etc. was abundant and it was a surprise to see we had toilet rolls and tea, coffee milk and soap as the terms and conditions said none were supplied. The beds were also comfortable as was the lounge. Also, walking distance from the beach. Just need the sliding door to be fixed as it kept coming off the runner. Thanks for a great stay, would recommend.

Winter stay with dog

Last minute booking at Kirra Beach with a pet during school holidays. Heavy smokers in the above and below apartments and road noise meant we could not have windows open. Basic place to stay but everything worked, beds were OK, kitchen has all that was needed to cook meals. Parking on street for our campervan (unable to park underneath in carpark due to height restrictions) was easy. Bit of a hike to beach (and a lot of sand dune before the water). DRiving up to Currumbin and Tulebudgera found excellent dog walking beaches.

Great location,very comfortable unit.close to the beach and coffee shops. Even had our small dog stay too, as she is part of our family too. Would recommend the unit to anyone who wants to spend time near the beach. Just wish we could have stayed longer .Maybe next year who knows 😁
