Lovely interior but noisy and not private

Renovation of the apartment is lovely, had everything needed and super place to be. It would have been a five star except for a couple of things:* worlds noisiest neighbour next door who was always outside and often smoking. She was loud and the properties are so close everything can be heard* no blind in the main room. Owing to closeness of other apartments and lack of privacy, I felt I had to sit in the dark to watch TV at night* couch is filthy per other comments and no milk for coffee or tea. * host was not responsive and I only got check in info at the time I was meant to check in, not in advance which was a bit disconcerting Would be great if these things can be fixed!
