Convenient location for travellers however the property was dirty, the room smelled although the front desk agent told us it was a non smoking property. Door and elevators were dirty. Would not recommend or stay there again

This property was very disappointing to say the least. I stayed for 2 nights and was unable to take a shower due to the water going from freezing cold to scalding hot with no in between. The worst part though was the amount of roaches I saw… the floor has clearly not been mopped in a long time as well. I used a white wash cloth to clean up water on the floor and it was completely brown when I was done. Overall a very sad experience and management does not seem to care. I will never stay here again.

Check-in was quick and easy. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean and smelled nice. My only complaint is that there was a bit of a gap under the room door so the hallway noise was very audible. Otherwise our stay was nice. Would stay here again.

We checked in and left in under 30 minutes. There was no hot water and after starting the shower a cockroach came out of the painting in the bathroom. We are supposed to get a refund

Stayed at this hotel a few years ago and it was very nice. Now it is just a sad, sorry place that really needs an update. We had no heat in our room. Went to front desk, told us how it worked but it just didn’t. Thank goodness for comforters. There was only 1 working elevator and the rug was filthy. The beds were GREAT though so that’s a plus & staff was friendly. Won’t be staying again.

The stay was great and I slept well. The only disappointment was that the shower never got hot, only lukewarm. Also a light was out. This seems two issues housekeeping should have reported and had addressed. They should put room 201 out of service to fix this and it will be a good stay not a so so stay.

The cable television along with the complete television went out Friday night and did not come back on until Saturday night. Around 2:30 AM Saturday morning hallway, very noisy with guest in and out of their rooms walk up and down the hallway making noise.
