Prenotazione fantasma

La reception non era a conoscenza della prenotazione e non operava con agenzie, quindi pur facendogli vedere l'app, dovevo pagare la stanza, non conoscendo la zona ho provato a capire se l'indirizzo era giusto, nel frattempo si è scaricato il cellulare, dopo aver ricaricato ho chiamato il numero della struttura, ed ho parlato con un signore che mi ha confermato la prenotazione. mi è stata data una stanza, in cui si è allagata la doccia, pertanto mi è stata sostituita la camera, Tutto sommato soggiorno piacevole
