The staff members that I interacted with during check-in and check-out were great. The room was ok, but the noise from the road was very loud. If you are a light sleeper, this is probably not the best choice.

It was close to the venue we were going to so that was a plus. The rooms in the front are very noisy from the traffic. The TV stopped working randomly for several hours and the staff tried to get it working but was unable to get it to work.

Precious aka Danielle was very helpful at the breakfast time on both days that we stayed there. This was a quick overnight stay between games and this was a nice hotel in a great location for that.

Room service was poor. Did not serice room four days in a row. Had to gp to front desk to get tpwels. Breakfast was not as expected. Beds were comfortable as were the pillows. Water was only luke warm--never hot enough for a good hot shower.

For the price of the room, it was great, but you get what you pay for. Check in and customer service looks good and the room was clean. With the room facing the street there was lots of noise. At 1:30 in the morning. I was awaken to a group people talking very loudly and playing music in front of my door that went on for about an hour. So with this being said, I will pay the extra money for a good night sleep and peace.

Rooms are super clean, bed was very comfortable. All new modern furniture. Continental style breakfast. Great coffee. Good location. Parking spaces in front of each room was plus.
