The staff members that I interacted with during check-in and check-out were great. The room was ok, but the noise from the road was very loud. If you are a light sleeper, this is probably not the best choice.

It was close to the venue we were going to so that was a plus. The rooms in the front are very noisy from the traffic. The TV stopped working randomly for several hours and the staff tried to get it working but was unable to get it to work.

This was a quick overnight stay between games and this was a nice hotel in a great location for that.

Room service was poor. Did not serice room four days in a row. Had to gp to front desk to get tpwels. Breakfast was not as expected. Beds were comfortable as were the pillows. Water was only luke warm--never hot enough for a good hot shower.
