A three-minute walk and you will have your toes in the sand and enjoying coastline of Goolwa Beach. Swimming, surfing, cockling, building sandcastles or enjoying the solitude of early morning and late evening walks along the beach.
Making your way back home, you can make use of the outdoor shower cleverly tucked away to the side of the rear deck.
Styled for laidback living, the whole family will enjoy what this house has to offer. Outside there is an amazing rear deck, ALL DECKED OUT with above head heating, an outdoor table with bench and stool seating, gas pizza oven, beef eater BBQ, all overlooking the secure rear yard.

Nice outdoor
Overall very good. Best part is the backyard deck! Would be better if can provide 2set of keys or use a lock with code. Kitchen has ants which is a bit annoying.

Pleasant and simple
We found the house to be nicely furnished and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the beds and couches were comfortable. Cleanliness inside the house was good. The air con was great.
Our only issues were with outside area needing a clean (seating, BBQ and pizza oven) and several spiders inside the house which we removed.
