Got Scammed

Was looking for a rental home to stay in with my husband and newborn daughter while we awaited the legal clearances to return home as required by adoption protocols. Host appeared to be professional and congratulatory, but never sent code for entry after multiple outreach attempts the day before and the day of check-in. I drove by the home, and a vehicle was in the driveway. The phone number listed as a contact was not able to connect to the seller....Thankfully, VRBO refunded all expenses.

It took us 45 mins to get into the property after texting getting no +10.

will never rent the property again. NOR will I telling anybody else to rent it
