Terrible receptionists.

Everything was great except the front desk for check in and check out. Most of my friends had trouble, one took well over an hour to resolve. It was truly uncalled for how rude the receptionists were. I was assigned the same room as the other person that checked in at the same time as me, and the way that was handled was unacceptable. I asked a simple question at checkout and the rudeness was again unacceptable. They have no business working in the hospitality industry.

The property was very nice. When we checked in, we weren’t told about any amenities or where anything was, we had to explore ourselves to find everything. Which was ok, we just were confused about a few things. The staff was friendly, a man at the front desk at check-in, David, was a little rude and condescending but wasn’t outright disrespectful. We’d stay there again, just will be avoiding David 😂

I have stayed at this facility four times over the last three years and never have I seen the restaurant open. This is not good since they took the microwaves out of the rooms. Also someone from the hotel came to my room at approx. 8:00pm stating I needed to move my car because of pending construction which was happening right outside my window. Very noisy stay. Usually, my stays there are stellar, this time was disappointing.
