We loved the larger sized room refrigerator that allowed us to bring lunches for skiing and breakfast at the room and other appliances, microwave, coffee maker. Room was clean and staff was helpful.

Staff was friendly! The. Heat in the rooms was noisy ! They moved us down few rooms basically it was a newer unit and it quit making heat ! it was blowing cold air never kicked on the heat! They said they could move us AGAIN but we've had enough moving around! So we checked out and went to Christmas farm inn and had a wonderful experience with the remaining time of our 3rd anniversary!

I booked a stay at this hotel. I was given a handicap accessible room where the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and our clothes became wet. The room was poorly made and could hear normal noise level next door and upstairs. I booked a king room and was placed in a handicap accessible room that was much smaller than the typical rooms.

We stayed in room number 114 and I have to say everything was OK except for the bed for some reason it wasn’t comfortable and we couldn’t get comfortable in it. The heater I believe I’m not sure if the motor is going or if it’s the motor noise tunneling down the hallway there but it sounds like a cooler refrigerator motor running constantly pretty loud.

Staff is very helpful . We had a great time . This is our first choice every time we are in the area. This is the first time we used the outdoor hot tub and it was great . We brought robes from home to wear to and from the hot tub .
