The approximately 75m² apartment offers: Cozy living-dining room with direct access to the large balcony, from there you have a great view of the garden. 2 TVs, Blu-ray players, radio. Fully equipped fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer etc. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower partition. Historical door fittings, original wing doors, antique furniture. Very centrally located: 500m to the train station, 700m to the zoo, 600m to the swimming pool, doctor, pharmacy, butcher, baker, shopping market in the immediate vicinity. A stop for the bus and tram you will find a few steps from the house. On request, secured parking lot in the courtyard next door, € 6 per day
