The flat is suitable for groups, families and business travellers alike. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and a small child.
The connection to public transport is optimal. 600 metres to the train station and a bus stop next to the house.
The accommodation
The residential and commercial building was completed in 2017 and comprises 11 large residential units on 3 floors. The flat has a spacious and practical floor plan. The house and all flats were built in accordance with the building regulations of the Swiss Disability Discrimination Act, which means that all rooms are wheelchair accessible. The hallway has a width of 120cm.

The standard of finishing is very high and the sound and heat insulation is excellent. Room ventilation in all rooms ensures good air exchange and a pleasant indoor climate.
