The house is located in the holiday village Eichwald. It is designed for rental and occupancy of 4 people.

It was renovated in 2016 and remodeled. In this context, the furniture has been extensively modernized.
As technical equipment a modern Sat-TV as well as Internet / WLan with up to 6000 KBIT / sec is available for our guests.

The house itself is a so-called roof-only house, as they are present in the entire holiday village Eichwald. The holiday village is located in its own, quiet area near the community Gossersweiler Stein in the district of Southern Wine Route in the Palatinate and the Palatinate Forest. Here is an ideal starting point for excursions - also in the neighboring Alsace with the city Weissenburg (Wissembourg), the North Vosges and the Wasgau. Of course, the area is predestined for hiking - even holidays with a dog - and for cycling, mountain biking or motorcycling. Also in the holiday village Eichwald itself, the house 27 is conveniently located in the outskirts in direct south exposure.

The nearest cities are Annweiler, Bad Bergzabern and Landau i. d. Palatinate. There you will find more attractive leisure activities. The holiday village is located in the biosphere reserve Palatinate Forest.

You can use the house with its sunny terrace (south side) but also just for rest and relaxation and wellness. A garden house with bio-sauna (heat cabin) for 2 persons is available

Nearby: See in Klingbachtal

Within walking distance in approx. 10 minutes (850 m), to reach over forest roads and forest roads is the "Silzer Lake", a lake in the nearby Klingbachtal. A tree nature trail leads around it, the broad grassy banks of the north and south are used as lawns. You reach the lake from the holiday village Eichwald from the back without having to cross public roads.

Lovely and peaceful stay

My adult daughter and I (and our dog, Henry) stayed a week in Martina and Bernd's cottage. We enjoyed the wonderful natural light in the home, as well as the sauna and the walks in the forest. We cooked most of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The wifi is great - we had no trouble streaming movies. The honey they make is delicious. Highly recommend! Thank you, Bernd, for the great instructions.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in dem kleinen, gemütlichen Häuschen verbracht. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, hell und liebevoll eingerichtet, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt.Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem eingezäunten Garten, der ideal für unsere beiden Hunde war. Sie konnten sich frei bewegen und wir konnten ganz entspannt die Zeit genießen.Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, wir haben sie täglich genutzt und es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Bernd sehr herzlich empfangen. Er hat uns alles in Ruhe erklärt und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt.Ein echtes Highlight war die Infrarot-Sauna, die wir nach unseren ausgedehnten Wanderungen in der Umgebung sehr genossen haben, das i-Tüpfelchen unseres Aufenthalts!Die Gegend ist ruhig, naturnah und lädt zum Entschleunigen ein, perfekt für alle, die dem Alltag entfliehen und neue Energie tanken möchten. Wir sind sehr begeistert von dem schönen Häuschen, das so liebevoll und funktional eingerichtet ist - man fühlt sich sofort wohl! Ruhe und Entspannung

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Ferienanlage. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Umgebung lädt zu Ausflügen ein, egal ob Wald, Stadt oder Burgen. Herz, was willst du mehr?

Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen. Ein perfektes Haus, funktional und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ein uneinsehbarer Garten, viel Ruhe, eine Sauna im Gartenhaus. Das Ganze mit zuvorkommenden Gastgebern. Besser kann man es nicht antreffen.
