The staff was so kind and attentive. They really made our stay. They altered our dinner to our preferences, they gave us a premium free room upgrade without us even asking, they helped us book taxis and we’d just so warm. The onsen was also wonderful - outdoors under starry night. There was wine tasting included. The place is rustic but so characterful.
